Summer Paint

In the summer, I highly recommend you gather a group of friends and some cheap brushes and paint and head to the park.

Paint each other silly. Create beautiful or ridiculous works of art on each other's arms and legs and faces and feet. Mark your friends up. Have fun.

It's incredibly therapeutic and incredibly fun.

You'll end up with a big mess, pretty legs, and a hodge-podge of different ideas and brushstrokes. Everyone contributes to everyone else. Art comes to life.

Then let the rain wash it all away.

A Formal Affair

My first time at a homecoming! There was apparently controversy and scandal among the Court. All of that is so silly. I can promise you that NO ONE cares whatsoever about whether or not you were homecoming queen after you graduate from high school.

Anyway...
I fell in love with this dress on Modcloth's website, but wasn't sure how it would look on me, but, as soon as I put it on, I knew it was meant to be.

Silly Goose

One of my friends had a tapas party (a dinner party to which each guest brings some sort of appetizer) last night. The food was delicious. I brought bruschetta, and my grandma sent along a cream cheese dip for graham crackers. My favorite food there was some sort of oriental shrimp with almonds; it was amazingly delicious.

But the best part of the night was just getting to snuggle and relax with my friends.
